Time to start our recipe

I have often found myself falling short of expectations, but today I am going to deliver a wonderful fried chicken dish that is incredibly crispy and delicious. You won't find a better fried chicken recipe anywhere else, and it's incredibly simple and tender. You have to try it and let me know what you think. Take a look at how amazing this useful recipe is. Now let's start this delicious dinner.

We should get the chicken first. The weight of the bird should not exceed about 1000 grams. I took off the skin and soaked it in salt water. I soaked the chicken for an hour in the water you see above with a tablespoon of salt in it. Now I will drain the water and dry the chicken thoroughly. The chicken must be completely dry to ensure that the spices are properly absorbed.

We add one tablespoon of red chili powder, half a teaspoon of garlic powder (or freshly chopped garlic), half a teaspoon of ginger powder (or freshly chopped ginger), one teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of chicken masala. Going to add. (optional). If you want, you can use fresh spices instead of powder. A teaspoon of turmeric powder will also be added. We are going to marinate the chicken completely after mixing these spices well.

The chicken should be well marinated for the spices to penetrate completely. Cutting the chicken pieces into pieces will help the spices soak in better and allow the blood to drain out. For added flavor, squeeze in some lemon juice.

At this point, marinate the chicken for four to five hours, or overnight if possible. We will prepare the batter next. It calls for half a cup of cornflour, half a cup of all-purpose flour, a teaspoon or so of salt, and your choice of cayenne powder. You can taste and adjust the pepper and salt. Additionally, we will add a teaspoon of baking powder and half a teaspoon of black pepper powder (use baking powder, not baking soda).

Then add two spoons of vinegar to it. To prepare a batter, take a cup of cold, slightly chilled water and mix it well with the dry ingredients. To thin the batter, you can add a small amount of water. The consistency of the batter should be such that it coats the chicken pieces well.

We will fry the chicken last. For this we will need to heat some oil in a pan. The oil should be hot enough to cook the chicken. The marinated chicken pieces should be dipped in the batter and fried until crispy and golden brown. Enjoy your delicious and crispy fried chicken.

Half kg of plain flour is required. We are going to add half a teaspoon of baking powder to this half kilo of flour. I suggest you use baking powder instead of baking soda. Give it a good stir, and feel free to add more spices to taste.

After mixing well, add the chicken pieces. Remember that you should remove the chicken from the marinade an hour before cooking. Make sure the chicken pieces are completely dry before dipping them in the flour mixture.

Coat each piece of chicken with the flour mixture and press down firmly to ensure the dough adheres well. Discard any excess flour. To prevent crowding the pan when frying chicken pieces, add only three or four pieces at a time. The pan should not be overcrowded to guarantee even cooking.

Now coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and press well so that the dough sticks to them. Re-coat any areas where there is a lack of flour. Place the coated chicken pieces on a platter. Repeat this process making sure all the chicken pieces are well coated.

Next, preheat a pan of oil. Although I have used regular oil here for simplicity, you can use any type of cooking oil. Heat the oil on medium heat. The oil should be hot enough to fry the chicken to a crispy golden color.

Make sure not to put too many pieces of chicken in the pan as you fry them in batches. Cook until crispy and golden brown on all sides, turning the pieces occasionally to ensure even cooking. Each batch should take ten to twelve minutes to complete. Place the chicken pieces on a paper towel to drain any excess oil after cooking. Enjoy your delicious, crispy fried chicken while it's still hot.

The flame should be in the middle, not too high and not too low. While frying the chicken, the oil should be heated to a medium temperature. Chicken bits are now added. They will cook for about fourteen minutes. The pieces will take about six minutes to fry if they are small. If they are a little bigger, it will take about fifteen minutes. After the allotted time, the chicken will be cooked.

Many people comment that the larger pieces don't cook well on the inside, so I recommend using smaller pieces for better results. Make sure the chicken is fully marinated and cut into small pieces to cook it. Place the chicken on kitchen paper towels or some other type of tissue paper after frying to drain excess oil. Take a look at this delicious crispy fried chicken. It is currently ready.

As for color, use enough oil in the pan to completely submerge the chicken if you want a good color. If the chicken is completely soaked in oil, it will get a uniform color. The color will not be uniform otherwise.

Make sure you use enough oil and the temperature is right when frying the chicken. If there is too little oil, the chicken will not cook evenly. I sincerely hope you all will love this easy recipe. Please feel free to share this recipe with your friends and family if you enjoyed it.

Benefits of Fry Chicken

Improved Immunity: Regardless of the illness, chicken is frequently included in the recovery diet. This is because chicken strengthens your body's immune system. The hot steam from the chicken soup helps clear the nasal passages, and the viscous soup coats the throat to prevent microorganisms from penetrating the respiratory lining.

Additionally, it has been discovered that chicken soup significantly suppresses neutrophil migration, which reduces inflammation and boosts immunity. Protection against Anemia: Anemia must be treated seriously as it is a serious health problem. Eating foods rich in iron will help you treat this. Chicken liver is rich in iron.

Additionally, it contains many vitamins, including A, E, and K, which help make red blood cells. Your body can make and maintain adequate amounts of red blood cells to treat anemia when it gets enough iron and vitamins. However, it is advisable to consult your doctor and avoid self-medication if the deficiency is severe.

Better Oral Health: Chicken is the best food for your oral health as it is rich in phosphorus. This is because phosphorus is known to strengthen teeth and gums. Regular consumption of phosphorus can help reduce the weakness of your teeth and prevent bleeding gums.

See your doctor, however, if you have persistent bleeding gums because it could indicate a larger oral health problem. Lower Cholesterol: As we discussed earlier, vitamin B3, sometimes called niacin, is found in chicken and is essential for both maintaining healthy body cells and converting carbohydrates into energy.

It has also been shown to lower blood cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease in people with high cholesterol. Red meat, such as beef, hog and lamb, is significantly higher in saturated fat and cholesterol than chicken, fish and vegetables. For this reason, eating chicken instead of red meat will reduce your risk of high cholesterol and heart disease later on.

The consumption of chicken should be kept within reasonable limits as its excessive consumption can also lead to heart disease. Fast weight loss: One of the best foods for weight loss is chicken. When combined with a diet high in vegetables, it is associated with a reduced risk of weight gain or obesity. Studies show that eating a protein-rich diet can help with weight loss, and chicken can definitely be an important part of a high-protein diet.

Researchers believe that eating a high-protein diet can make you feel fuller, which may encourage you to eat fewer calories and carbs at your next meal. Eating 25 to 30 grams of protein at each meal can maintain a healthy weight, reduce hunger, and improve cardiometabolic risk factors such as blood pressure, waist circumference, and triglycerides.

Likewise, it matters how you cook the chicken. When it comes to weight loss, baking, roasting and grilling are healthier than deep frying or consuming highly processed chicken products like chicken nuggets. Better Tissue Growth: During winters, many of you may face dry skin, chapped lips, chapped tongues or chapped lips.

However, if you eat chicken or chicken liver, these problems will be significantly reduced. That's because riboflavin, a type of vitamin B2 found in chicken and chicken liver, can help your body repair damaged tissue and fight dry skin. Better eyesight: Chicken meat is high in retinol, lycopene and alpha and beta carotene.

Since they are all derived from vitamin A, all of these compounds are extremely beneficial for vision. In fact, eating chicken can help keep your eye health stable and safe. Consequently, if you have vision problems, you should definitely include chicken in your diet regularly.

Lower risk of cancer: Research has indicated that the trace element selenium, which is abundant in chicken, may help prevent cancer. Selenium is also believed to reduce the risk of several degenerative diseases, such as infections, inflammatory conditions, cardiovascular conditions, and neurological disorders.

The antioxidant selenium improves the effectiveness of vitamins C and E in fighting cancer-causing free radicals. A 3-ounce serving of chicken provides 24 micrograms of selenium, which is 44 percent of the daily requirement. Better defense against depression: Tryptophan, an amino acid found in large amounts in chicken, has a calming effect on your nervous system.

In fact, chicken's high vitamin B3 content can really lift your spirits, especially during the cold season. All you have to do is boil or roast a small chicken, and you'll have a healthy dinner that will help you fight stress, anxiety, and depression. Few people are aware of this, yet it is one of the best health benefits of chicken.

Protect you from common cold: Chicken is the oldest and traditional remedy for common cold. It helps relieve common infection symptoms like sore throat and stuffy nose. Additionally, tryptophan can make you feel more relaxed when you're sick. Additionally, chicken has antidepressant properties that make it an excellent treatment for the common cold.

Research has indicated that consuming hot chicken soup helps reduce common cold symptoms, such as a stuffy nose and sore throat. Better Metabolism: Chicken is a great food to boost your metabolism because of its high selenium levels. Additionally, it helps with thyroid and hormone problems.
