Time to start our recipe
Today we are going to make ruava beans which is a vegetable found in every city and region. Now let's start preparing the rava beans. We have all the powdered spices, three onions, two tomatoes, and a kilo of beans.
Let's start by preheating the stove and adding less than half a cup of cooking oil. We will also add three regular size chopped onions. We should soften the onion a bit. An important tip for preparing any dish is to soften the onion instead of turning it golden brown.
We are now going to add the chopped tomatoes and give them a little stir. Keep the tomatoes from getting too soft. Unlike the previous recipes, there is no need to add garlic or ginger-garlic paste. It's not just about cooking, although we will do that. I have a lot of things to clarify for you. It is important to understand which flame to use, how much to add, how long to roast, and which ingredients to use when.
Now we have added a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of red chili powder. We should mix these spices well. At this point keep the flame on. Do not set it too high or too low to avoid burning the onions and the dish or reducing the flavor of the spices.
We need golden brown onions for some vegetables and only soft onions for others. Now we have well roasted spices. Green beans, also known as raw beans, will be added next. They are nutritious and incredibly delicious. They do wonders for your hair and skin. It is recommended that you include them in your diet once a week or more. Thus, combine them well.
