Time to start our recipe

Today we are going to prepare a very special recipe that is both quick and easy to prepare. It's pretty awesome because we made it in a pressure cooker in a very basic way. Now, let's go. The blog shows how fantastic our recipe looks. It pairs well with almost anything, so you can serve it over rice or bread. Now we have heated some oil in pressure cooker. You are free to use any type of oil.

Next, we cut and peeled 500-600 grams of potatoes, soaked them in water. Then we put them in boiling oil and cook them until they turn a light golden color. They should be soft after frying at a temperature of around 75-85%. Now let's add some whole spices. A large cardamom, three green cardamoms, two to three cloves, five to ten black peppercorns, and a tablespoonful of cumin are added.

Shake them lightly to release their fragrance. Next, a medium-sized onion, finely chopped, is added. We will cook them until they turn light golden brown after mixing well. Our onions have now turned a light golden brown color, as you can see. It's time to add 500-600g of chopped, medium-sized chicken and mix well. After that, we will fry it on medium heat for three to four minutes.

Now we are going to add 500 grams of curd after we have beaten it well. To prevent the curd, we will add it slowly and stir constantly. After adding curd we will cook it for another three to four minutes on medium heat. Next, about 850 grams of finely chopped tomatoes will be added. After mixing well, we will simmer till the oil separates and the tomatoes thicken. We are going to add about 600 grams of blanched chickpeas, which we have separated.

We will mix well and boil for another three to four minutes on medium flame. Finally, we will add about one tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, two tablespoons of coriander powder, half a teaspoon of red chili powder, and turmeric powder. After mixing everything well, cook for another three to four minutes. Now that you have our delicious recipe, it's ready to serve.

After removing all these spices we are going to fry them quickly. Then, to make the gravy, we will add a little water as needed. Now give it a light roast. We are going to add about 300 ml of water to it. After mixing well we will cover it. Here, I have added a tablespoon of salt. This is well covered by us. We will cook it on low to medium flame for about 15 minutes after flipping it once. The amount of time it needs to cook depends on how long it has been cooking. We will release the pressure completely after 15 to 20 minutes.

After that, we will open the lid and cook the chicken pieces well. As you can see, there is water in it. Now we will let it boil. We will cook it well till the water is gone. until all the oil separates. Let us investigate this now. We want it to be about 95 percent hot, just hot enough to leave some heat when we add the four green chilies later. Now add four or five spoons of curd to it. We're going to open it up to stop curdling. We will combine it well. The chicken will then be fried until all the water is gone as we will know it is done. Let's see after frying.

It is soft and about 75% cooked. Apart from this, one tablespoon of citric acid will also be added. Now add half a teaspoon of garam masala powder. It also emits a lovely fragrance. Let's add one tablespoon of coriander powder and half a teaspoon of turmeric. And we will fry it on high flame for three minutes. This means that the flavor of this stuff will be absorbed in three minutes and the gravy will taste great. After that we will serve him.

So, it is well cooked after three minutes. Then we will turn off the heat. Now it is completely gone. Now let's go. Thus, you can use this technique to prepare this recipe, which is really delicious. Serve it with rice, roti, or any other dish. Your dinner and lunch will be unforgettable.
