Time to start our recipe
Let's start by adding half a cup of cooking oil to our dish.
Alternatively, you can use a pressure cooker and add up to six tablespoons of
cooking oil as per your requirement. Once it starts to heat up, we will add 1
tablespoon of cumin seeds and mix well for 30 seconds before adding 1/2 kg of
chicken. The chicken should be cooked after 8 to 10 minutes. For what period?
Until the excess chicken water evaporates. Next, we will add three small
cardamoms (cardamoms).
Crush the cardamoms before adding them. It is important that we detect
the scent. Currently, we are going to add a paste made of two medium sized
finely chopped onions along with a tablespoon each of ginger and garlic. For
five to six minutes, or until our onions begin to brown, we will stir them.
Four large tomatoes will be added, and we'll stir-fry everything for four to
five minutes, or until the tomatoes run out of water. Now reduce the heat and
add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri
red chili powder and 1 tablespoon of coriander powder.

Here, you really need to stir it up. Now you can relight the flames. Additionally, you can adjust the amount of spices according to your personal preference. Tomatoes, onions and ginger are now softening. We are going to add curd now to give it a perfect touch. A small one that you can whisk and mix well.
